Improved Plate Design
PureLink™Pro 96 PCR Purification Kit offers an optimized semi-skirted 96-well plate (Figure 1) for improved performance and results. In addition, the plate nozzle containing an annular collar prevents sample cross-contamination and improves drying of the silica membrane, thereby preventing ethanol residue. Alternatively, samples can be processed manually via centrifugation or via an automated liquid handling platform using a benchtop vacuum manifold. The semi-skirted panel design is compatible with most vacuum manifolds on automated workstations.
